Kindergartener Interrogated Over Cap Gun Until He Pees His Pants, Then Suspended 10 Days

In the latest incident of anti-gun hysteria to erupt in a school setting, a kindergarten boy has been suspended from school for 10 days because he showed a friend his cowboy-style cap gun on the way to school.

The incident happened on Wednesday morning at about 8:30 a.m. on a school bus in Calvert County, Maryland, reports The Washington Post.

The kindergartener had brought the toy gun because his friend had brought a water gun the previous day. He later told his mother than he “really, really” wanted his friend to see it.

So you say your rights as an American citizen are not being eroded, taken away? This is the difference between 1960 and today. I remember a kid brought his fathers german luger to school to show his classmates (us). Later on he brought a german knife, that when loaded held the blade up inside the handle. When a button was pressed, the blade would rapidly come out of the handle with a lot of force, which created bloody sauerkraut in germany when in the hands of an American. I and my friends thought both weapons were really cool souvenirs from his dad's military service during WWII. The idiotic libs of today, would have every one of us, show and tell kiddies, locked up in the big house for life, if it were to happen today. Everybody, including some of the girls, had a water pistol in their locker and used them frequently, when we thought we could get away with it. The worst thing that could happen, was that the teacher would take it away from you, then they owned your water pistol and wouldn't give it back. We all grew up to be killers for hire in society but have apparently failed at our profession, thus, we see still living liberals, fornicating, multiplying and imposing their will on all around them. I can't wait until DNREC opens up lib season here in Delaware next year. I intend to bag and mount an ugly opened mouthed one (aren't they all?) on the wall of my ****house (Donald Schaefer's descriptive word for the eastern shore).

I graduated Pocomoke High School in 1969. I remember many occasions when students would bring rifles and shotguns on the school bus so they could work on them in shop class. Jack Dolby was our shop teacher and was an avid goose hunter.

ME TO in a New York minute

I agree with the mother about not being contacted. I wouldn't be surprised if a social worker wasn't called in and all sorts of invasive questions asked.

I have gunned with Jack Dolby on South Marsh Island for diving ducks. He was quite a character.

1:01-Stupid question here:was that for show and tell for the benefit of the entire class or just to show his buddies?

This has gotten completely ridiculous and it has to stop.

In the 1960s we actually had skeet shooting in gym class, using 22 rifles with bird shot loads. This was right here at Wi Hi. Denver Knapp was our instructor. When class was over, we cleared our rifles and stored them in a closet in the Gym. You were taught safety and respect for the gun. If we acted like adults we were treated like adults, and respected our teachers, plus we actually wanted to learn.

When I went to pre-school some of the toys we had were toy guns that looked like that cap gun. I'm only 30, so that shows you how times have changed.

It is time then to ban all the really classic reruns and cartoons with cowboys and idians, and ban movies such as the Star Trek as I'm sure they had laser guns of some sort. And I'm sure it is also time to close Frontier town as was previously mentioned. We would also have to ban the teaching of our history as well.
Really folks, WAKE UP! These are things that children have played with since the beginning of time. Yes, we have some really bad apples. Why do we continue to punish the innocent because of the crazies. Punish the bad apples and move forward. Before you know it they will be insisting that our thumbs and forefingers be amputated so people can't make play guns with their hand digits.
Stupid, stupid, stupid, and again I say, STUPID
