Is Facebook Losing Its Cool? Some Teens Think So

 Baret Steed is tired of Facebook. She’s had an account since she was 13, but isn’t a fan of the fact that the social network now includes not only her friends, but also her parents, aunts, and uncles. “It’s almost like they’re the only ones on there,” she says. “All your relatives are constantly commenting on your stuff. I appreciate the gesture and wanting to keep up with my life, but it’s kind of annoying.”

Why ANYONE would post their private information on the internet just plain escapes me.
I don't care about privacy settings,e is NOTHING private about the internet.

Facebook is toast.Every idea Zuckerberg has just makes it worse and more expensive to use.If he had not gone public,shareholder profit would not have been an issue.Now,in a still bad economy he's farming facebook users,thinking they won't pick up on the increasing expense.To me it's odd that he made the aforementioned bad decisions,with all the competition that is out there.People have other options galore.

I think a lot of kids are on Instagram and I don't even know how to use it. I think I am going to delete my kids off of Instragram as soon as I get their passwords from them. They are rarely on Facebook anymore.

I only have real friends on fb, no relatives, coworkers or peeps i have not seen in 30 years. makes for a more enjoyable experience. majority of the peeps are not realy your friends. its a collection of nobodies.
