What is wrong with the plan to get salisbury bigger we can NOTservice what we have now but we need more. Who pays the poor working units (TAX PAYER)

I bet they grant special tax exemptions for the Moore development so we won't see any additional funds for years, yet we have to provide services for. And when the exemption runs out, so will business...out of the city.

4:31, maybe that's why Campbell and Cohen fought like hell to get annexations to pay taxes immediately. Also no residential, just commercial.

Heard Mitchell and Shields weren't for taxes being paid immediately. No surprise there. Everyone should get a free ride.

So the Moore Annexation on U.S. Rt. 50 is also off of Walston Switch Road directly across from Wor Wic Community College. Does that mean the tax payers will have to pay for Police, Fire and E.M.S. response to Walston Switch Road now? I know if I paid city taxes I would expect paid city services no matter where I live. I know the volunteer farmin in Parsonsburg is having coronaries right now sweating about this.
