A voter is only a voter if he VOTES, otherwise he is just "registered" to vote. Where were they at election time?

I liked that state da idiot comparing my right to own a gun to a drivers license. As I told those fools over at the states da office the constitution doesn't guarantee me the right to drive! Some argument from the states top lawyer! What a fool! no wonder this state is in such trouble when democrats think that passes for a logical argument!
