Rehoboth, DE-Delaware State Police Detectives have arrested the third suspect involved in the Saturday morning robbery of a Rehoboth man.

Artez D. Sheppard, 18 of Rehoboth (previous address listed Lincoln), turned himself in to Detectives at Troop 4 yesterday around 10:30 a.m. after seeing himself on the news. He was arrested on the charges of Robbery 1st and Conspiracy 2nd and arraigned at JP3 before being committed to SCI on $21,000.00 secured bond.
