No wonder Detroit is a shambles. What a stupid stupid disgrace of a woman. Instead of using her brain to figure out ways to help the city's financial problems she only knows how to beg for money from another broke government. It's a shame that the African american community will not wise up and continues to vote in imbeciles who have for generations made their communities not fit for cockroaches to even inhabit by their entitlement mentality.
