I just saw a pic on facebook from my neighbor who is oc cop. Huge chunk is missing
I thought that pier was on schedule to be torn down anyway.I have'nt seen any city vehicles at the tip end of it for years.
The pier was not scheduled to be torn down. OC actually replaced alot of boards this summer. No vehicles are aloud to drive on it. How funny. It is for spectators only.
