Maybe I dont understand who will be living in the building at waters edge.I spoke with some atists this morning and ask if they would like to live on the bottom floor of a building who would have people live upstairs in the same building who would be paying low rent. The answer was NO.
To rent there do you have to be an artist? How many artists do we have in the area to rent all this??
OR am I not understanding all this.?

I liked it, except for the behavior of the public works people. Cohen handled them well.
No hissy fits from Ireon or Mitchell made it watchable.
