10:28.....well, at least not as low as shooting someone already in handcuffs, executing a man in full view of dozens of subway riders (San Francisco), shutting down the camera's and then beating a woman in hancuffs to a bloody pulp, or shooting unarmed civilians and then putting one of them in a car, which is then set on fire to cover up the crime (done by new orleans cops), pepper spraying detained and unarmed women and LAUGHING about it (New York City), macing kneeling students (over and over again), shooting a tear gas canister at the head of an unarmed military veteran (Oaklland), robbing drug dealers, running drug networks and transporting drugs in police cars, stealing heroin and cocaine from evidence rooms and selling them, and BOOKS full of other crimes, but, gimme a break, I don't have a year or two to document the sterling behavior of those paid to "serve and protect'.....once in a while, some one gets fed up with this crap and "runs up" and wants a little "payback"..and the police want to COMPLAIN or elicit SYMPATHY??? Thats funny....and STILL--- no cop has YET to answer the question --- What did YOU do when you witnessed these crimes by other officers, I mean OTHER than laughing or acting like you didn't see anything?
