Probably the best capsule of the history of our country ever put together, free! (:) It's fascinating to watch the evolution of growth from the 13 colonies up to the present day -- with dates, wars, purchases, etc. all included. This should be a standard that all schools use to teach U.S. History, with pauses to go in depth study of major events and sub events. But alas no, that would mean teachers would actually have to know the subject matter and really want to teach.
Do not blame the teachers for not teaching this. They get their orders from U S Dept of Ed, so no child is left behind.
