***UPDATE*** Suspect Linked To Similar Robberies In Maryland***


Claymont- Delaware State Police Robbery Detectives have linked the suspect in a January 16, 2012 robbery of the Family Dollar store in Claymont to three similar robberies in Maryland.

Detectives believe that the suspect, described as a white male, 30-35 years of age, 6’01”-6’03” tall, and weighing between 200-220 lbs., committed the armed robberies of Dollar Stores located in Easton and Chestertown, MD on January 11, 2012, and in North East, Maryland on January 7, 2012.

Detectives are asking anyone who has any information in reference to these incidents or can identify the suspect, to contact the Robbery Unit at Troop 2 at 302-834-2630 Extension #6, the Maryland State Police North East Barracks at 410-996-7800, the Easton Police Department at 410-822-1111, or the Chestertown Police Department at 410-778-1800.
