Court Backs High School In Flap Over American Flag T-Shirts


A California school principal did not violate the freedom of speech of a group of students who wore American flags on their shirts on Cinco de Mayo when he told them to turn the shirts inside out or go home, a federal judge has ruled.

Decision is wrong; judge is way off base. We should be able to wear a shirt showing pride in the USA anytime/anywhere. It wouldn't have detracted from Cinco de Mayo student's shirts who were wearing them in THE USA! We allowed them to wear the shirts......no damn way we should stop our own citizens from wearing theirs.

Judge Ware should be depoted to Mexico. This is America love it or leave it. You are in America I shouldn't have to press 1 for English. Also we shouldn't be sp ending millions of dollars on interpretors for courts and the like. You are in America now speak English.
