Milford- The Delaware State Police Sex Offender Apprehension and Registration Unit is searching for a 39 year old Milford, DE man after he failed to re-register as a sex offender.
Investigators have obtained a warrant for David L. Elder charging him with one count of failure to re-register as a sex offender after investigators learned that he had moved from his last reported address located in the 6700 block of Griffith Lake, Milford. By law David Elder, who is a medium risk tier 2 sex offender, has three days to report a change of address. Elder has failed to do so.
Investigators are asking anyone who may know the location of David L. Elder to contact the Sex Offender Apprehension and Registration Unit at 302-856-5243.
