Eleven inmates at Brockbridge Correctional Facility required medical attention after a fight broke out at the prison.
The Jessup, Md., prison was placed on lockdown last night after a brawl in which several inmates suffered stab wounds. None of the inmates suffered life-threatening injuries, though seven inmates required outside medical care. Four inmates were treated by medical personnel onsite.
The Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services is investigating the cause of a brawl at the Jessup, Md., prison. Visits have been canceled for the remainder of the week, and some inmates have been transferred to other facilities.

The liberals have even ruined the prison system . These animals don't deserve the right to be treated with the respect of free people . How do they get weapons ? time to rethink prisoner rights !
If you would just talk to some of the people that work in Marylands prison system you would be not believe what they tell you. They get stuff for free that we would love to have. Cable TV to the cells, free medical care, free food, access to education and self help programs. Marylands prisons are a day care system for adults funded by us the tax paying citizen.

Of course they can make their own weapons, but it doesn't help the guards in the prison system are dirty. They are the ones bringing in the drugs and the cell phones and other illegal things. Maybe they should look at the security before they look at the inmates. I know someone in Jessup and that is the dirtiest place, dirty guards and all. The inmates can't be controled by people that can't control themselves. And it's definitly not an adult daycare the get treated like animals, and i can understand that some people have killed inosent human beings but others that are just doing short sentences, for misdameanor things don't deserve to be treated like a murderer.
They should be given only the most basic primitive existence and worked so that they are to tired to start crap .
