GOVERNOR MARTIN O’MALLEY TO TOUR STORM DAMAGE, VISIT COOLING SHELTER

ANNAPOLIS, MD (July 26, 2010) – Governor Martin O’Malley today will meet with top local officials, including Montgomery County Executive Ike Leggett, and emergency operation officials to assess the damage of yesterday’s storms and the resulting power outages that utility crews continue to work to restore. Governor O’Malley will also visit a cooling shelter where residents can stay to cool off until power is restored.
