While KFC has its Double Down and Carl's Jr. has its foot-long burger, Fuddruckers, the burger chain with the name that sounds more like a syndrome than it does a restaurant, is out to differentiate itself from the competition by offering up a selection of exotic meats to customers.
It already has salmon and buffalo burgers on the menu, and in the last week it's added elk to the list.

I love Fudds, I wish we could get on back in Salisbury. Run the correct way, who doesn't portion control the fries to 5 fries that sit out all afternoon, who doesn't buy the burgers frozen from Sam's Club and rolls baked who knows where.
A franchisee who uses only fresh beef, store baked buns, and gives you lots of fresh cooked potato wedges.
I might have to try that lord knows you can't get chicken at KFC they just stand inside and look at you sitting in the drive thru what a bunch in there !
Too bad fuddruckers can't cook a good burger to save their life. Of course I'm one that believes the VAST majority of burger joints are between horrible and "I'm not wasted enough to eat that".
Not a better burger than one that is homemade where the burger is bought from a small butcher shop.
A little minced onion, green pepper, and celery....broiled in the oven on a kaiser roll with Letuce, tomato, and mayo yum. A little side of potato wedges baked with olive oil and sea salt.....fresh homemade slaw...beats all.
