Being someone that recently went through a situation where a personn was charged with 11 counts of various charges it breaks my heart to see some of those charges. Before jumping on me let me explain why. He will get a lawyer, the lawyer will negotiate with prosecutors and the offender will end up pleading guilty to one or two lesser charges, the rest will be dropped and he will end up back on the road way before he should be.

He should have recieved the first three charges, the others are obvious since they are lesser of the first. Two people are dead as a result of his neglect therefore he should have to pay for what he has done without chance of serving 8 months and 5yrs unsupervised probation.

They really need to change these charges to MURDER in these instances of DUI when someone is killed.
I'm so sick of these people getting off and driving again!
Why in the hello can't this country put teeth in the laws they write and make sentences MANDATORY!?
Even IF this guy goes to jail, bet he's out in less than 3 years!!

the times delted a comment concerning this individual " was he illegal?..That question always begs an answer. Because it matters. If innocnet americian citizens are killed by someone who should not be here in the first place then that effects all our safety..I have witnessed 2 incidents on my daily commute to wallps from salisbury with early morning drunk illegals. They get in wrecks and luckily as i witnessed on two occassion they run away
