PNC Bank Robbery Probed (released September 4th)
New Castle County: Detectives from the Troop 2 Robbery Squad have compared the surveillance photographs from Friday's PNC Bank robbery to those captured from the June 4th robbery at the PNC Bank on Kennett Pike. Detectives now believe the suspect in these two capers are one in the same. Anyone who may recognize this subject is asked to contact investigators at 302-834-2630 ext. 6 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIP-3333.

It looks like he is sucking on a jaw breaker in the first picture.
Look into the home-forclosures from PNC bank. Thats where you will find him.

He's a contruction working from the Obama stimulus plan!
He's just steeling directly from the bank instead of using the IRS.
What's the emblem on the hat? Hat possibly a recent purchase most likely on credit card to blend with his black sweatshirt. Most likely not a local of the area.

How could he not know there'd be surveillance cameras? Duh.
Does look like he's had military/ police/ fire training. If not, a real big "fan".
did the back of his traffic vest say STATE POLICE?
Hard to say if its the same person. But all you white people look alike anyway...
