BRILLIANCE IN 3 PARTS

Part I:      A Back off and let those men who want to marry men, marry men.
B. Allow those women who want to marry women, marry women.
C. Allow those folks who want to abort their babies, abort their babies
In three generations, there will be no more Democrats.

Part II:         10 Poorest Cities in America (How did it happen?)
City, State, % of People Below the Poverty Level
1. Detroit , MI 32.5%
2. Buffalo , NY 29.9%
3 Cincinnati , OH 27.8%
4. Cleveland , OH 27.0%
5. Miami , FL 26.9%
5 St. Louis , MO 26.8%
7. El Paso , TX 26.4%
8. Milwaukee , WI 26.2%
9. Philadelphia , PA 25.1%
10. Newark , NJ 24.2%
(Now, watch closely... at no time will the fingers leave the hands...) What do these top ten cities (over 250,000 pop.) with the highest poverty rate all have in common?

Detroit, MI - (1st on poverty rate list) hasn't elected a Republican mayor since 1961
Buffalo, NY - (2nd) hasn't elected one since 1954
Cincinnati, OH - (3rd) not since 1984
Cleveland, OH - (4th) not since 1989
Miami, FL - (5th) has never had a Republican mayor
St. Louis, MO - (6th) not since 1949
El Paso, TX - (7th) has never had a Republican mayor
Milwaukee, WI - (8th) not since 1908
Philadelphia, PA - (9th) not since 1952
Newark, NJ - (10th) not since 1907

Einstein once said, 'The definition of insanity is doing the same thing  over and over again and expecting different results.'

It is the poor who habitually elect Democrats ... yet they are still POOR.

Part III:      "You cannot help the poor by destroying the rich.
You cannot strengthen the weak by weakening the strong.
You cannot bring about prosperity by discouraging thrift.
You cannot lift the wage earner up by pulling the wage payer down.
You cannot further the brotherhood of man by inciting class hatred.
You cannot build character and courage by taking away people's initiative and independence.
You cannot help people permanently by doing for them, what they could and should do for themselves."

Chase Bank Forgives "All Outstanding Credit Card Debt" For Canadian Customers

In a shocking move, Chase Bank announced on Thursday that it was going to be forgiving all outstanding credit card debt from its Canadian customers, according to Yahoo Finance. The bank closed all of its credit card accounts in Canada back in March of 2018.

When the accounts were initially closed, customers were told to continue paying down their debt. Now, they're being told by the company that their debt is cancelled. CBC talked to some customers who got letters from the bank this week.

Douglas Turner of Coe Hill, Ontario, who still owed about $4,500, said:

"I was sort of over the moon all last night, with a smile on my face. I couldn't believe it. It's crazy. This stuff doesn't happen with credit cards. Credit cards are horror stories."

Can Major Surgeries Cause a Long-Term 'Brain Drain'?

Before any surgery, you typically hear warnings about risks like bleeding and infection, but new research suggests that problems with thinking or memory can often follow a major procedure.

The study found that people who had surgery had an increased risk of a small, long-term decline in cognitive function years later. Cognitive function is your ability to think, reason and remember.

After surgery, folks had nearly twice the risk of developing "substantial" cognitive decline during the two decades of the study.

But there's no need to panic, the researchers added.

"Our data suggest that, on average, major surgery is associated with only a small cognitive 'hit,' and while there was a doubling in the risk of substantial cognitive decline, this only affected a small number of patients," said senior study author Dr. Robert Sanders. He's an assistant professor in the department of anesthesiology at the University of Wisconsin, in Madison.

Students Sign Petition To Ban ‘Oppressive’ White Stick Figure In ‘Walk’ Signals

In Campus Reform's latest video, Campus Correspondent Ethan Cai asks students at George Washington University if they'd be willing to sign a petition calling for banning the iconic white stick figure in "walk" signals because they are "oppressive."

Most of the students are happy to join the "inclusive" effort.

Part of the reason Campus Reform chose GW for its "offensive" and "oppressive" white walk signal guy petition is because of the students' recent vote to "remove and replace" the university's mascot, George the Colonial, which "is received as extremely offensive not only by students of the University, but the nation and world at large" because it "glorifies the act of systemic oppression," a petition calling for its removal claimed. The measure was passed in March by 54% of the students who voted.

In an attempt to test how deep concerns about "offense" and "oppression" go at GW, Campus Reform went undercover to the university to see if students would sign a new petition, this time calling for the banning of white stick figures in walk signals.

"As we students cross the street, we are told by the symbol of a white man when it is okay to cross," Campus Reform's faux petition reads. "Many students from diverse backgrounds, including individuals of color, gender fluid individuals, and LGBTQA+ individuals, feel oppressed by this." Students who sign the petition are supposedly letting the university know that they "vehemently urge the University to consider changing the crosswalk signs."

Illinois' Shrinking Tax Base: Residents Are Leaving & Taking Their Incomes With Them

There’s perhaps no indicator more damning of a state’s failure to govern than the flight of its residents to other states.

People of every stripe are leaving Illinois. Old and young, rich and poor. They are going to warm states and cold states, big states and small states. Overall, Illinois netted losses of residents to 43 other states in 2016.

That has major implications for the state and the Illinoisans who remain. A shrinking population means a future with less economic growth, less investment, falling real estate values and an eroded tax base. And as people leave, fewer residents will be left to pay down the state’s growing debts, meaning the already massive burden will only gets worse.

Illinois has netted a loss of 1.5 million people to other states since 2000, based on U.S. Census data. And as international immigration and births in Illinois have declined in recent years, they’re failing to make up for Illinois net outmigration. As a result, the state’s population has shrunk five years in a row. Wirepoints analysed the results of the census data in our report: Illinois’ Demographic

LGBTQ history curriculum required for Illinois public schools

The Land of Lincoln will require public schools to incorporate LGBTQ figures into history lessons.

Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker on Friday signed House Bill 246, which mandates the following: “In public schools only, the teaching of history shall include a study of the roles and contributions of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people in the history of this country and this State.”

The bill, introduced by Rep. Anna Moeller, will go into effect in July.

Raising a Black Flag Against Red Flag Laws

Here we go again. Another mass shooting followed by demands for more gun control on one side and calls for more armed citizens on the other. The inflammatory rhetoric over who to blame coupled with claims that something—anything—be done to stop the next one sings like static television noise. Simultaneously, Democrat politicians fundraise off of someone else's misery.

I am tired of it.

This ritual is mentally exhausting. I refuse to get dragged down that rabbit hole anymore. In the immediate 48 hours following a mass killing, I don't rush something to print. It's not my style to be the first one to be heard. I like to take a step back, let the families of the victims bury their dead, and pray for them. The left doesn't have the same decency for the people who have experienced grief and horror. Instead, the left immediately ratchets up their anti-gun political agenda, thereby forgetting any thoughts and prayers for the victim's families. This is not surprising since they have been crusading over the last several decades to scrub God from everywhere on earth. Like sharks sensing blood in the water, they use a tragedy to gain money, votes, and the opportunity to steal our liberties. Must I remind you what that gem of a bureaucrat Rahm Emanuel said about never letting a crisis go to waste?

Disturbing Rise In Teens Who Need Glasses-- Excessive Screen Time

So many people, especially young people and teenagers, spend a significant period of time each day staring at a screen of some kind, whether that be a computer, smartphone, tablet, or the regular old TV. Now, a new study is warning parents that all that screen time may be behind a stunning rise in children who need prescription glasses.

According to the report released by United Kingdom-based eye care company Scrivens Opticians, the percentage of 13-16 year olds in the U.K. who need glasses has nearly doubled over the past seven years — from 20% in 2012 to 35% in 2018. Two-thirds of those teens were diagnosed as being myopic, or short-sighted.

Researchers theorize that this significant increase in eye problems among young people is likely linked to excessive time spent staring at screens, which can lead to eye strain, shortsightedness, and blurred vision. In fact, the study also found that the average 13-16 year old spends around 26 hours per week staring at a smartphone, playing video games, or watching TV.

Overall, optometrists from Scrivens say that much more research is needed to determine what all this screen time is really doing to teens’ eyes, especially in the long-term.

Elizabeth Warren Plans to Tax Americans Out of Their Second Amendment Rights

Gun control has been a solid political talking point for over a week now in the wake of two mass shootings, one of which was carried out by a supporter of Elizabeth Warren. Democrat presidential candidates have wasted no time taking advantage of the opportunity to politicize their way through a crowded primary.

Speaking of Warren, she's one of many candidates proposing unconstitutional actions against the Second Amendment. Her latest idea is to tax Americans out of gun ownership, which discriminates against poor individuals who can't afford it. These are the very people Warren claims to be fighting for.

"Increasing taxes on gun manufacturers. Since 1919, the federal government has imposed an excise tax on manufacturers and importers of guns and ammunition. Handguns are taxed at 10% and other guns and ammunition are taxed at 11%. These taxes raise less in revenue than the federal excise tax on cigarettes, domestic wine, or even airline tickets. It’s time for Congress to raise those rates — to 30% on guns and 50% on ammunition — both to reduce new gun and ammunition sales overall and to bring in new federal revenue that we can use for gun violence prevention and enforcement of existing gun laws," Warren wrote in an op-ed for Medium.

Peter Thiel: ‘Globalist’ Google Shares AI ‘Military Technology’ with China

Google’s development of an AI “Manhattan Project” with military applications in China should be investigated by the FBI and CIA, said Peter Thiel, technology entrepreneur, investor, and supporter of President Donald Trump. He offered his remarks in a Sunday-aired interview on Fox Business Channel’s Sunday Morning Futures with Maria Bartiromo.

Artificial intelligence technology “clearly has a lot of military applications,” said Thiel, noting the processing of satellite images, processing data, automating drone warfare, and cyberwarfare.

U.S. authorities should investigate Google’s cooperation with China, advised Thiel.

Google’s AI China-based research and development necessarily ends up in the Chinese military’s possession, added Thiel, noting the one-party communist political system facilitating this transfer:

Bill Gates flew with Jeffrey Epstein on the Lolita Express in 2013

Bill Gates hitched a ride on Jeffrey Epstein's plane - four years after he served time behind bars for soliciting a minor under the age of 18 for sex.

Flight records reveal that Gates flew with Epstein from Teterboro Airport in New Jersey to Palm Beach on March 1, 2013, one of the few flights that year where pilot Larry Viskoski recorded the name of a passenger.

A representative for Gates did not respond to a request for comment, and the pairing is an odd one given the work Melinda Gates and the couple's foundation does for young women around the world.

The pair had spent time together previously, most notably at the annual Edge Dinner, which each year welcomes billionaires from around the world to come together and discuss advancements they are working in on the worlds of math, science and technology.

Donald Trump Wins Guatemala Vote on Asylum Deal

President Donald Trump scored a win in Guatemala on Sunday when the nation’s voters rejected a candidate who wants to completely scrap a July 26 asylum agreement with the United States.

The pending deal would allow U.S. border officials to reject asylum claims from migrants who first cross through Guatemala, including migrants from Honduras, El Salvador, India, Africa, and Asia.

The agreement effectively creates a legal wall against migrants that is difficult for U.S. progressive judges to knock down because it is based on a clear U.S. law.

The August 11 election was also a defeat for progressive groups in the United States and Guatemala, which occupies the land bridge between Mexico and southern America. The progressive groups supported a left-wing candidate, Sandra Torres, who promised to reject the deal.

On August 8, for example, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi visited Guatemala, where she met with many of her left-wing pro-migration allies, some of whom are funded directly or indirectly by George Soros’s pro-migration donor groups.

Vanity Fair: Trump Knew Jeffrey Epstein Had Incriminating Photos of Bill Clinton

Back in 2015, onstage at the annual CPAC conference, Trump said something very interesting about Bill Clinton. "Nice guy," he said. "Got a lot of problems coming up, in my opinion, with the famous island with Jeffrey Epstein. Lot of problems."

Trump knew what he was talking about. Vanity Fair reports that, shortly before CPAC, Trump was approached by David Pecker, who then owned the National Enquirer. Pecker visited Trump and brought along "an issue with a Prince Andrew and Epstein-related cover." They were joined by Trump lawyer Michael Cohen.

After the meeting, Trump called in Sam Nunberg, who then worked for him. Nunberg told Vanity Fair:

First Day Of School, CA Teacher Hands Out Gender Identity Graphic To Middle Schoolers. Parents Are Furious.

A teacher at a middle school in Northern California triggered outrage from parents after he handed out a gender-identity graphic, allegedly to explain why he preferred to be called “Mx” rather than “Mr” on the first day of school.

Luis Davila Alvarado, who teaches seventh and eight grade science at Denair Middle School, used a “Gender Unicorn” graphic from Trans Student Education Resources to explain his choice of preferred pronoun to a group of children between the ages of 12 and 14.

Denair Unified School District Superintendent Terry Metzger told The Modesto Bee, “He gave a handout discussing gender in first and second periods. It was not an assignment and students were not required or asked to fill it out.” Metzger acknowledged that parents had not been notified by the district about the handout and Alvarado never asked for permission from the principal, Amanda Silva, but protested, “only a handful of parents have called to express their concern.”

Poll: Most Native Americans Say Redskins Name Makes Them ‘Proud’

A recent poll of Native Americans finds that most feel pride instead of taking offense in the name of the Washington Redskins.

The survey of people who identify as Native American asked respondents to pick how they feel about “Redskins,” from a list of choices. The largest number of participants chose the word “proud” to describe how they feel about the name.

The choices presented in the Washington Post poll were “proud,” “indifferent,” “annoyed,” “content,” “satisfied,” and “disappointed.”

The paper did not publish the full results, so the percentage split is not yet known. However, the Post noted that “proud” was the word most selected. “Most of the survey’s respondents felt that way,” the paper reported.

The paper’s 2016 poll also found that few Native Americans are upset by the name of the Washington Redskins.

Trump Administration to Announce Tougher Enforcement Against Immigrants Signing up for Welfare

United States Citizenship and Immigration Services Acting Director Ken Cuccinelli outlined the details of the new rule from the White House briefing room Monday morning, citing his own immigrant family from Italy.

The new rule does not affect asylum seekers, refugees, pregnant women, mortgage loans or students loans. Food stamps, cash assistance and other welfare will count as a negative on applications to become legal permanent residents. Likelihood of welfare use, current use or past use will only serve as one negative factor as applications are considered. A totality of other factors, like age and employment, will also be considered before a green card is issued.

The rule will go into affect on October 15, 2019 and applications for green cards will not consider the new requirements while evaluating eligibility until that date. Applications submitted before October 15 will not be subject to the additional scrutiny.

Trump Is Unlikely To Commit Political Suicide by Betraying Us On Guns

Donald Trump is a lot of things, but stupid is not one of them. Like all of us, he is understandably horrified by the murder sprees of that progressive environmental eugenics weirdo and that member of Big Chief Warren’s tribe.* But Trump is also keenly aware that any betrayal of his supporters on a literally life or death issue like guns – if you’ve been listening to the left you have a good idea what miserable fate awaits you if you get disarmed and they take power – will result in his wholesale abandonment by his supporters. No, his base probably won’t go vote for the furry, or Doxxy Castro’s brother, or Gaffe-y McOldenheimer. His base will just stay home. Trump will lose, the GOP will lose the Senate, and the left will take over. And bad things will happen to the liberal elite’s enemies, not least of all to Trump and his family.

Trump understands this. And he understands that the media is trying to get him to alienate his own supporters. But so far, he has never stuck us in the back even after the garbage media eagerly reports on his conciliatory talk on subjects near and dear to us in the hopes that it means a betrayal is incoming. It never has been in the past. There’s no reason to believe he would sell us out now.

We would not forgive him. To go left on guns would be, at a minimum, political suicide.

Paul Craig Roberts Slams Dems & Western Media: "It's Open Season On All White People"

Survival of The Fittest

CJ Hopkins doesn’t say it, but he shows that within all of the Western countries in which the white core populations are experiencing fierce attack from anti-white ideologues in the media and governments that rule them, there is unity of voice from the media that “Trump is a White Supremacist who inspires Terrorism.”

This unity of voice is suspicious as there are many different possible explanations of the El Paso shooting. The unity of voice is so uniform—in some cases identical phrasing—and so repetitive that it certainly looks like an orchestration against Trump and raises suspicions that the shooting itself was an orchestration.

The question naturally arises, to achieve such an uniformity of response from the Western world, who organized it? How was the explanation that blames Trump ready at hand all over the US, UK, Europe, Canada and Australia, the minute the shooting occurred? Does it remind you of the BCC announcing the collapse of World Trade Center Building 7 a half hour before it occurred?

Appeal Denied In Worcester High Speed Chase Case

BERLIN — A Salisbury man, convicted last year on multiple counts of assault after leading police on a high-speed chase in the wrong direction on Route 113, had his appeal denied this week.

Last August, a Worcester County jury found Garland Moss, 51, guilty of multiple counts of second-degree assault after he fled from police northbound on Route 113 in the southbound lanes for over five miles at speeds topping 100 mph, causing numerous motorists to veer off the highway in order to avoid a head-on collision. Moss was sentenced to over 17 years combined for the various counts, but quickly filed an appeal.

Moss’ appeal asserted the state failed at trial to prove the fairly rare second-degree assault of the intent to frighten type. Because Moss sped up Route 113 toward Berlin in the wrong direction at speeds over 100 mph, the state asserted at trial Moss had committed second-degree assault with intent to frighten the numerous motorists forced to swerve off the roadway in fear of injury or death.

Feds Investigating Violation Of Girls’ Civil Rights In CT After Trans Athletes Smoke Competition

The U.S. Department of Education Office has agreed to investigate a violation of girls' civil rights in Connecticut following a complaint filed in Boston concerning two biologically male transgender teens triumphing over biologically female competitors in high school track.

"Ever since the Connecticut Interscholastic Athletic Conference [CIAC] adopted a policy that allows biological males who claim a female identity to compete in girls' athletic events, boys have consistently deprived Selina Soule and two other female athletes of honors and opportunities to compete at elite levels," the release noted.

David Rosenberg: "These Are Truly Historic And Dangerous Times"

Authored by David Rosenberg, chief economist with Gluskin Sheff + Associates Inc. and author of the daily economic newsletter Breakfast with Dave. First published in the Globe and Mail.

We are living in dangerous times.

Mostly, everyone I speak to lives in the here and now. They seem more interested in telling people how crazy cheap the stock market is and how crazy expensive the ‎Treasury market is, rather than trying to look at the current environment in a historical perspective. We are living through a period of history that will be written about in textbooks in years and decades to come, and the undertones are none too good.

Instead of telling people there is no recession, these bulls should be discussing why the markets are busy pricing one in. What do these pundits know that the markets don’t know? We have a bond market in which a quarter of the universe trades at a negative yield. The long bond yield has gone negative in Germany. More than half of the world’s bond market is trading below the Fed funds rate. Investment grade yields, on average, are below zero in the euro area.

The arrests happened from July 17 to July 20 after the suspects responded to internet ads, online apps and social media sites, according to the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office.

During his press conference last week, the sheriff listed 15 apps as ones that parents need to know about. (Six of them were used by suspected predators who were recently arrested.)

Subject: Common Sense in Free Fall on College Campuses

Evidence is mounting that political ideology is corrupting the liberal arts.

According to Campus Reform, in late July, Portland State University accused one of its professors, Peter Boghossian, of “‘questionable ethical behavior’ and banned him from conducting academic research.”

What was the professor’s offense? He successfully convinced several prestigious, peer-reviewed journals to publish articles that were anything but scholarly. In one, he analyzed “dog rape culture,” in another, he republished portions of Adolf Hitler’s “Mein Kampf,” spruced up with academic buzzwords.

This may sound like an off-color prank, but it was a serious effort to expose a grave problem on college campuses. Boghossian’s hypothesis was simple: the leftist fixation on intersectionality and what he termed “grievance studies” have led to a sharp decline in the quality and rigor of scholarship within the discipline.

Boghossian and his two colleagues, Helen Pluckrose and James Lindsay, made headlines in 2018 for completing an investigation into how lax some humanities journals had become.

The trio wrote and submitted 20 “hoax” articles to several prominent academic journals in various academic fields, including gender and queer studies, that the researchers felt were most influenced by progressive ideology rather than objective research.

When seven of their “fake” studies were published after undergoing the purportedly-scrupulous “peer review” process, Boghossian and his team released a report demonstrating how ideologically-driven academia has become.

EXCLUSIVE: 3-Time Deported Migrant Arrested in Houston Homicide Case

Police in Navasota, Texas, reportedly arrested a previously deported illegal immigrant on charges connected to a Houston homicide case. Immigration officials deported the Mexican national on at least three separate occasions.

Editor’s Note: Both the ATF (BATFE) and ICE issued corrections on this matter after they mistakenly identified recent freeway shootings as the crimes allegedly committed by this individual rather than the alleged crime described in this article. This article has been updated to reflect their corrections to their official statements.

The Navasota Police Department and special agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) arrested Erick Diaz-Aranda, a 29-year-old Mexican national on Friday night, federal officials told Breitbart Texas on Saturday. The arrest is reportedly in connection with a homicide that occurred in Houston.

Details about the homicide are not yet available from Houston Police Department officials.

NH Gov. Vetoes Expanded Background Checks, Other Gun Controls

New Hampshire Gov. Chris Sununu (R) vetoed expanded background checks and other gun control legislation passed by the state’s Democrat-controlled House and Senate.

WMUR reports that one of the bills expanded background checks, a second bill put in place a three-day waiting period on gun purchases, and a the third bill outlawed carrying a gun on school property for self-defense.

Sununu released a statement on his decision to veto, saying, “These three bills would not solve our national issues nor would they prevent evil individuals from doing harm, but they would further restrict the constitutional rights of law-abiding New Hampshire citizens.”

Here It Is… Complete List of Clinton Associates Who Allegedly Died Mysteriously or Committed Suicide Before Testimony, Including Jeffrey Epstein

On Saturday multimillionaire Jeffrey Epstein, the highest profile prisoner in US custody, was found dead in his prison cell in Manhattan.

This occurred the day after two thousand previously sealed court documents involving the Jeffrey Epstein child sex abuse case were released to the public.

The documents described how Bill Clinton held a private party on Jeffrey Epstein’s pedophile island.

Clinton made at least 27 times trips on Jeffrey Epstein’s private plane. Most of those flights were with underage girls.

Despite a previous attempt on his life just three weeks ago the prison guards skipped the 30 minute required checks on Epstein’s cell last night.

Early this morning they found him dead.

Jeffrey Epstein is the latest in a long list of Clinton family associates and acquaintances who died mysteriously or committed suicide before their public testimony.

In 2016 CBS Las Vegas posted a list of Bill and Hillary Clinton associates alleged to have died under mysterious circumstances.

MSNBCers Point at Barr and Russia as Possible Epstein Death Suspects

Accused pedophile Jeffrey Epstein's body was barely cold after a reported suicide in a federal prison when MSNBC personnel began chiming in with conspiracy theories pointing fingers at the Trump administration and the Russians. AM Joy host Joy Reid insinuated that Attorney General William Barr was somehow at fault

This is somebody who not only is high-profile, who not only knew a lot of high-profile people, whose papers just came out of court just to let out of some of the documents related to his cases that name high-profile people, who is friends with the current President of the United States, who flew a previous President of the United States around on his plane. Who is alleged to have trafficked girls to a member of the royal family of Britain.

This is on the same level of a Bill Cosby. This is a famous person who's now in prison. He knows a lot about a lot of people. His only out at this point would to talk about those people. So, he's in this very vulnerable situation.

And then came the insinuation lacking any proof:

MLK's niece denounces Democrats' 'race baiting' of Trump

The niece of civil-rights icon Martin Luther King Jr. has a question for Democrats who accuse President Trump of being a white supremacist.

“I’d like to ask anyone who calls him that — have they ever met one?” Alveda King said Thursday.

Ms. King, a Trump supporter, said on Fox News that she knows all about white supremacists.

“I’ve had the experience of going head-to-head with genuine racists,” she said. “Back in the 20th Century, I was a youth organizer. At the time, my uncle, Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King was killed [in 1968]… I was in a home that was bombed. A racist is a person who really does believe that their race, their category of humanity, is superior or different.”

She said Mr. Trump “is not a racist.”

“He’s not a white supremacist,” Ms. King said. “President Trump says we all bleed the same. He’s very clear on that. And he has done so much for all Americans, including African Americans… A better economy, [Historically Black Colleges and Universities] get a good shot in the arm, criminal justice reform, his pro-life work. Don’t buy into this racist banter, this race-baiting.”

ICYMI: How Elizabeth Warren’s Michael Brown Tweet Got The Tomahawk Chop

In the summer of 2014, Michael Brown was shot and killed by police officer Darren Wilson in Ferguson, Missouri. It set off days of intense protests. It was one of the incidents that set off the Black Lives Matter movement and it spawned the “hand up, don’t shoot” lie. Brown wasn’t murdered. It was a clean police-involved shooting. Federal investigators also noted that the evidence analyzed initially did not differ when they re-reviewed everything concerning whether to file civil rights charges. In other words, the physical evidence backed up the story that Brown had reached for Wilson’s gun and fought with the former law enforcement officer. Attorney General Eric Holder cleared Wilson. The Obama DOJ cleared Wilson. Wilson did not murder Brown, which is why Sen. Elizabeth Warren’s tweet about this incident got tomahawk chopped. Warren tweeted on the five-year anniversary of this incident.

Fox News’ Brit Hume torched the Massachusetts liberal tweeting, “I don’t know which is worse: that she still believes this, or that she knows it’s false and says it anyway.”

Richard Gere, Italy's Salvini clash over migrant ship

Hollywood star Richard Gere on Saturday urged the Italian government to stop "demonising people" and instead help migrants who have been stranded on a Spanish charity boat in the Mediterranean for more than a week.

Gere, who visited the Open Arms ship in a show of support on Friday, joined a news conference on the Italian island of Lampedusa to call for the 160 migrants stuck on the boat to be allowed to disembark.

He compared the political situation in Italy, where League leader and Interior Minister Matteo Salvini has repeatedly refused requests by migrant ships to dock, to that of the U.S. administration of Donald Trump.

"We have our problems with refugees coming from Honduras, Salavador, Nicaragua, Mexico... It's very similar to what you are going through here," he said, accusing politicians in both Italy and the United States of demonising migrants.

"This has to stop everywhere on this planet now. And it will stop if we say stop," he said, adding that he only wanted to help people and not get into a political fight.

Salvini, who this week pushed through parliament tougher sanctions on charity ships that seek to bring migrants rescued at sea to Italy, was quick to reply.

"Given this generous millionaire is voicing concern for the fate of the Open Arms migrants, we thank him: he can take back to Hollywood, on his private plane, all the people aboard and support them in his villas. Thank you Richard!" he said in a statement.

FBI: More People Killed by Hammers, Clubs than with Rifles of Any Kind

The most recent FBI crime stats show that more people were killed in 2017 with hammers and clubs than were killed with rifles of any kind.

Breitbart News reported the most recent numbers–those for 2017–on September 26, 2018. Those figures showed that 467 people were killed with “blunt objects (hammers, clubs, etc.),” while 403 were killed with rifles.

And it must be noted that the category of “rifles” used by the FBI includes bolt action, pump action, single shot, and semi-automatic, as well as those the left describes as “assault weapons.” This means only a percentage of the 403 deaths attributed to “rifles” would have been carried out with an “assault weapon.” So the gap between the number of persons beaten to death with hammers and clubs verses those killed with “assault weapons” would be even greater than the gap between those who died in a hammer/club attack versus those who died being shot with “rifles” of any kind.

Breitbart News also reported that the 2017 crime figures showed 1,591 people were killed with “knives or cutting instruments” while 403 were killed with “rifles.”

If Democratic Thugs Didn’t Kill Epstein, Leftists’ Worldview Certainly Did

Attorney General Bill Barr has called for possibly multiple federal investigations into the death of accused pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

The circumstances surrounding the death of history’s (perhaps) most well known serial sex abuser of children wreak of a coordination and organized hit at worst, or just general stupidity and malfeasance at best. Since he was in the custody of the feds it is appropriate and just for the top federal law enforcement officer to get to the bottom of things.

Hence it is likely the FBI is already investigating, and just in case the bureau might get “Strzoked,” he also formally empowered the Inspector General to open a parallel track inquiry.

JUST IN: USCIS Announces Final Rule Enforcing Long-Standing Public Charge Inadmissibility Law

Regulation promotes self-sufficiency and immigrant success

Today, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced a final rule that clearly defines long-standing law to better ensure that aliens seeking to enter and remain in the United States — either temporarily or permanently — are self-sufficient and rely on their own capabilities and the resources of family members, sponsors, and private organizations rather than on public resources.

This final rule amends DHS regulations by prescribing how DHS will determine whether an alien is inadmissible to the United States based on his or her likelihood of becoming a public charge at any time in the future, as set forth in the Immigration and Nationality Act. The final rule addresses U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) authority to permit an alien to submit a public charge bond in the context of adjustment of status applications. The rule also makes nonimmigrant aliens who have received certain public benefits above a specific threshold generally ineligible for extension of stay and change of status.

“For over a century, the public charge ground of inadmissibility has been part of our nation’s immigration laws. President Trump has delivered on his promise to the American people to enforce long-standing immigration law by defining the public charge inadmissibility ground that has been on the books for years,” said USCIS Acting Director Ken Cuccinelli. “Throughout our history, self-sufficiency has been a core tenet of the American dream. Self-reliance, industriousness, and perseverance laid the foundation of our nation and have defined generations of hardworking immigrants seeking opportunity in the United States ever since. Through the enforcement of the public charge inadmissibility law, we will promote these long-standing ideals and immigrant success.”

DHS has revised the definition of “public charge” to incorporate consideration of more kinds of public benefits received, which the Department believes will better ensure that applicants subject to the public charge inadmissibility ground are self-sufficient. The rule defines the term “public charge” to mean an individual who receives one or more designated public benefits for more than 12 months, in the aggregate, within any 36-month period (such that, for instance, receipt of two benefits in one month counts as two months). The rule further defines the term “public benefit” to include any cash benefits for income maintenance, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF), Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program (SNAP), most forms of Medicaid, and certain housing programs.

Former MCC inmate: There’s ‘no way’ Jeffrey Epstein killed himself

The following account is from a former inmate of the Metropolitan Correction Center in lower Manhattan, where Jeffrey Epstein was found unresponsive Saturday, and declared dead at a hospital of an apparent suicide. The ex-convict, who spoke to The Post’s Brad Hamilton and Bruce Golding on the condition of anonymity, spent several months in the 9 South special housing unit for high-profile prisoners awaiting trial — like Epstein.

There’s no way that man could have killed himself. I’ve done too much time in those units. It’s an impossibility.

Between the floor and the ceiling is like eight or nine feet. There’s no way for you to connect to anything.

You have sheets, but they’re paper level, not strong enough. He was 200 pounds — it would never happen.

As Real ID deadline approaches, Maryland delegate demands solutions to protect drivers whose licenses are seized

ANNAPOLIS, Md. — A Maryland state delegate is drafting 'emergency legislation' that would protect drivers whose licenses may be confiscated by police during the state's transition to Real ID.

Customers who have been notified must return to the Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) to prove their age and identity. The MVA will flag licenses of people who have not returned and those drivers will risk having their IDs confiscated by police in a traffic stop.

Maryland state delegate Eric Ebersole is worried that confiscating licenses will create problems because those drivers may continue to drive without possessing a valid driver's licenses, a violation of state law.

He expressed his concern in a letter to the MVA on Thursday.

Clinton operatives fed false information to FBI on Trump, review of interview reveals

Hillary Clinton operatives fed the FBI false information on President Trump and his aides in the months following his election, according to an analysis of an FBI agent’s interview with a key conduit.

The agent’s interview notes (known as 302s) of Bruce Ohr, then an associate deputy attorney general in the Department of Justice, were obtained by the conservative investigative group Judicial Watch.

“These new Bruce Ohr FBI 302s show an unprecedented and irregular effort by the FBI, DOJ, and State Department to dig up dirt on President Trump using the conflicted Bruce Ohr, his wife, and the Clinton/DNC spies at Fusion GPS,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton.

The 302s show Mr. Ohr regularly funneled material from Fusion GPS and its agent, ex-British intelligence officer Christopher Steele, directly to the heart of FBI headquarters, which was investigating Trump associates. Both Fusion GPS and Mr. Steele were paid with money from the Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee.

David Brock group issues talking points for lefties on Epstein’s death

Far-left propagandist David Brock commands enormous influence in the 90% of our media that lean leftward. He boasted in 2017 that he had a $40 million budget to fight against President Trump, and there is no indication since then that his funding has diminished. Brock’s empire most famously includes Media Matters, the group that supplies daily talking points to media outlets, attacking conservative groups and the newer organization called “Shareblue,” formerly known as Blue Nation Review.

Conservative Tree House has obtained what is says is an email from someone named “Avi” writing for Shareblue, providing talking points to progressives in the wake of the death in custody of Jeffrey Epstein.

There are two clear initiatives for future propaganda:

Falsely implicate Trump in misbehavior with Epstein, despite the fact that after Epstein reportedly harassed an underage girl at Mar A Lago, Trump threw him out and banned him – well before Epstein’s misbehavior was public knowledge, much less prosecuted.

Imply that Trump’s legal control over the Justice Department, and its Bureau of Prisons, means that he may have ordered Epstein’s death.
