Pregnant woman dies, baby critical after shots fired into Columbia house, police say

Police offer reward of up to $5,000 for information

COLUMBIA, Md. — 
A pregnant woman inside a house struck by gunfire that came from outside has died and her baby is in critical condition, Howard County police said.

County police said officers were called around 11 p.m. Friday to the 6600 block of Dovecote Drive in Columbia for a report of several shots fired into the back of a house.

Police said officers found that multiple bullets entered a residence from outside, striking Rabiah Ahmad, 30, who was staying at the house. She was taken to Shock Trauma, where she died.

Ahmad was 28 weeks pregnant and doctors delivered the baby, who is in critical condition. Family members told 11 News the baby is doing OK.

No one else was injured in the incident.

The cops probably pulled a breanna taylor and killed her...and then are trying to plant the evidence..happens all the time...figures.
