So that is pretty much half the population of Maryland is positive. And to think out of state are driving in Maryland.

The population of Maryland is just shy of 5.8 million. Are you using common core math to come to your conclusion that half of Maryland is positive?

9:35 - Where did you get that half of Marylanders are positive figure? That isn't what the data in this post show.
