Nevertheless, the top secret tents are going up and the community sould be made aware what's about to happen. When ECI was built they, (the community) was assured there wouldn't be more then 1,800 NON VIOLENT prisoners. The next thing they knew they immediately started putting in double bunks in each cell and ultimately started letting in murderers and violent offenders.
All it will take is one prisoner to get the coronavirus and I guess the whole place will be living in tents outside. There's nothing better the Salisbury Mayor and this Warden to take advantage of federal funds to construct these tents.

Sounds like someone needs a drone.
It'll only take one case, infected by somebody or something that's been outside the walls to get the ball rolling. The medical department there has no more than 20 beds, all of them already filled with chronically sick or feeble inmates. One infected person in that ward would be the end of half of them.
They have built these at the prisons across the bridge already.
The last thing we need to do is waste money on inmates who wasted their lives by choice
Airspace is restricted directly above the property, but no reason you cannot skate the property from max height and zoom in for some good pictures.
Drones over ECI would work I'm surprised they haven't already been used Jake Day used them to make the crowds at his festivals look bigger from the angles he had taken and staged. Just always go to Jake he has a criminal mind and makes his dumb followers believe him, like sheep down the garden path.

The dirt road behind the Prison is Public access because of the property back there. That is Public access from 13 back to the black top on westside of prison.
Just lock them all in turn out the lights and go home. It's not even a working prison like Angola they do nothing.

Why wasn't the population notified as there are some very close neighbors who didn't want it there to start with?
