Is he going to discuss his incompetent police chief and the corruption that has taken over the department? Two more officers have been suspended, one a Kaptain for a total of five officers and a civilian. Looks like they are gonna let Kolb sneak out the back door quietly and retire.

Can anyone tell me why the people of Salisbury elected a plagiarist and member of the Loony Left such as Jake Day is? The crap he's talking was on CNN on Monday an MSNBC the same afternoon. He's not only a copy cat idiot with no original thought but also a dolt who thinks he's the only one who watches the news.
He's not done yet because when this plague is over some original thinking is going to be needed to re-align the adjustments needed to heal the psyche of residents of the Town and the County. He's going to do this idiocy and I think he's a plug in a thorough bred horse race and will really show the electorate his ass when people like Parker,S. Norman Holland, Stanton Adkins, Phil Tilghman, and the other icons of Salisbury saw Salisbury through times as troubling or worse than now.
I'm thinking because Day can't, the local folks are going to realize what a mess they've made of local government.

What I have learned is that Government from city on up to federal needs to stop wasting money on frivolous BS like rainbow sidewalks and giving money to the Kennedy Center (should be privately funded IMO) and use the money to prepare for events like the Wuhan coronavirus. Put it back into infrastructure.
No self serve fountain drinks sales is a great idea for now. Nobody knows if the previous customer is using proper hygiene with this highly contagious virus.
