I suspect Ocean Downs will be sued over this. I believe he was served deviled egg with a touch of crabmeat on top. IIRC, he had a severe seafood allergy.

First of all, condolences to his family for your untimely loss.
Having a family member with an allergy that requires they carry an epi-pen or die if stung by a bee, why on earth would someone w/a food allergy not? Restaurants always have a chance of cross-contamination. However, if there was indeed crabmeat after the server was told, well, then it's on; I'd sue. Too many unknown factors as of yet.
I was informed that 3 epi pens were administrated and he cardiac arrested en route.
