I served 8 years in the active army, got out and went guard for two years. I served with Jake during those two years and he was a huge reason why I left. I’d never seen such incompetence In military leadership in my 8 years active.
Only reason he is in any position he is currently in is because of his father. If he didn’t have a wealthy or powerful family he would have amounted to nothing. Jake is his own worst enemy, so failure is only a matter of time.

The sheriff's office does more patrolling and call responses in Salisbury than the city police. Salisbury/WICOMICO COUNTY law enforcement aren't in the business of proactive policing their just in the business of damage control. The economic impact all the drugs and crime are crucial in sustaining jobs for citizens. Hell Jake Day never even talks about the salisbury police department until it's election time then he throws garbage out about hiring 16 recruits right here in the end of October. It's sad that character and integrity are a lost trait in your local government. It's become what they can get out of the deal no pride in community any longer
