The US is working on a major troop withdrawal from Afghanistan in initial deal with the Taliban.
President Trump is set to withdraw 7,000 to 8,000 troops from Afghanistan from the 14,000 Americans currently in country.

The US Military has tried for well over a decade to convince the Taliban leaders to go along with poppy production. The idiots who control the Country’s religion are adamant that they prefer to continue the slaughter of Afghanni citizens instead of cooperating with the immoral drug trade.
A perfect example of religious zealots defending a crazy tradition instead of accepting the utter defeat. Wake up over there! The poppie production is far too valuable to give up because of moral conflict. Money talks and the US Military will kill every man, woman, and child in Afghanistan if that is what it takes.
