People who commit elder abuse are right at the top of my list of scumbags who should not be allowed to walk the face of the Earth...they are right next to child sex offenders. My heart breaks for that sweet lady for being a victim of some person that should burn in Hell forever.

How can we identify the abuser by looking at a picture of the victim?

Never heard of the Newport Police Department.

The abuser apparently cannot identify herself so the police are requesting anyone who knows her to contact them. Many abusers are either family, friends or caretakers.
