WASHINGTON, D.C., USA — President Donald Trump says he has suspended plans to impose tariffs on Mexico, tweeting that the country "has agreed to take strong measures" to stem the flow of Central American migrants into the United States.
"I am pleased to inform you that The United States of America has reached a signed agreement with Mexico," Trump tweeted Friday night, saying the "Tariffs scheduled to be implemented by the U.S. on Monday, against Mexico, are hereby indefinitely suspended."
He said Mexico has agreed to work to "stem the tide of Migration through Mexico, and to our Southern Border" and said those steps would "greatly reduce, or eliminate, Illegal Immigration coming from Mexico and into the United States."
He said details would be released soon by the State Department.

TRUMP WINS AGAIN.
All it takes is a President with a big set of balls!!!
I hope he's right.
He always plays THE TRUMP CARD.
Funny how that worked out.....all along he said that Mexico will pay for the wall, but while the Mexican government (along with all the pundits) said it would never happened, they missed the point that by a series of taxes, negotiation strategies (like the article mentions) and iron will they will indeed do so....I thin a lot of people by the act POTUS puts on to be a bully, but really that is just a front - he's shrewd and uses that and a bully pulpit to benefit Americans and American interests - the man certainly has some steel in his spine
Make Mexico PAY for that damn WALL !!! Tax the Booze !!!
