Lightening strike? Sounds like that bogus excuse they used in the Mill Pond Village apartment fire in Salisbury where they claimed a cigarette butt caused the fire.

This bunch of State Fire Marshals they have on the Eastern Shore are an embarrassment to law enforcement. Nothing but a bunch of wannabe cops.
