9:10 you are right, but things have a way of coming back around and biting you on the ass.
The main reason for his refusal is to push home the point that none of the delusional pricks that called on him testify have the balls and/or intelligence to take him on face to face, rather changing the rules to have him questioned by their legal staff. Pathetic it has come to this.
