The scheduled power outage early this morning (Friday 12:00AM) in Powellville was predicted to last approximately 3 hours, according to the card left hanging on my front door Thursday morning. Lights went out on schedule and where back on at 12:50 AM. That was only 50 minutes of a 3 hour estimate. The IBEW Union Lineman working for Delmarva Power got the job done ahead of schedule and below cost. Thanks Brothers on a job well done.
