ANNAPOLIS (WBFF) - The state's House of Delegates voted unanimously Thursday to formally censure Del. Mary Ann Lisanti for using a racial slur.
Meanwhile, Harford County community leaders are joining in calls for the longtime elected official, a Democrat from Havre de Grace, to resign.
Condemnations came Thursday from local Democratic and Republican groups.
Lisanti represents "the most diverse area in Harford County," where "more than 64% of the [county's] African-Americans reside," wrote Denise Perry, chair of the Harford County Democratic Central Committee. "Her use of a racial slur is not only disturbing, she let down the very people who put her in office."

If she was wearing black face or a kkk uniform or handing out Cotten to black kids while standing in former slave quarters that would be OKAY. Speech is a crime.
But even though some find the comments distasteful,, was it correct?
She is still there and has not been expelled from the Legislature? AMAZING
guess she has never visited baltimore!
It was correct, still is correct
