Incident: CDS Possession
Date of Incident: 5 February 2019
Location: W Isabella St and Delaware Ave, Salisbury
Suspect: Thomas Francis Keen, 63 of Salisbury
Narrative: On 02-05-19 at 0219 am, a Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a speeding vehicle on Isabella St and Delaware Ave, Salisbury. While speaking with the driver, Thomas Keen, the Deputy saw CDS paraphernalia inside of the vehicle. A search of the vehicle revealed a small amount of crack cocaine and additional paraphernalia. The Deputy also learned that the vehicle was not registered and Mr. Keen did not have a valid license to drive.
Charges: Possession of CDS; Crack Cocaine, 2 counts of Possession of drug paraphernalia, and numerous traffic citations.

Yeah, this gentleman is getting a little long in the tooth for this kind of behavior.
