Ramiro Gutierrez, 26, is set to face charges of second-degree murder, gang assault and criminal possession of a weapon in connection with the Sunday afternoon killing of 20-year-old Abel Mosso, who authorities said was a member of the rival 18th Street Gang. ICE said it had lodged an immigration detainer so that they could be contacted prior to his release.
The midday attack – which happened in front of terrified and screaming commuters – occurred in an area of New York City’s Queens borough where the two gangs have been battling for influence. One subway passenger’s graphic video of the incident has been widely circulating on social media.
Gutierrez was taken into custody Monday and charged early Tuesday morning. Authorities have since revealed that the suspect was free on $2,500 bail following a prior arrest late last year.

I am starting to come to the conclusion that we should only allow citizens and welcomed guests (legal visitors) to partake in any semblance of constitutional rights! The illegal aliens and illegal 'stayers' (overstaying their authorization periods) don't care about the law - all they care about is themselves - which is NOT what this country is about!
Someone that returns the nth time illegally and commits a horrendous crime should simply vanish!

We had firearms on the farm when that age. The difference was, we used it to harvest game to put food on the table. Going in town to shoot up the place wasn't in our thought process.

Do democrats acknowledge the rampant violence in Mexican states along our border? That will be Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and what remains of civilization in Southern California in a very short time. They want to make up a permanent ruling class but some how are not aware that they will be ruling over chaos. Such ignorance and stupidity is hard to understand. As a nation, we are falling apart and I don’t see any solution as long as we have “useful idiots” as democrat voters and evil marxist socialist democrat politicians securing control of government in any way they can. I was busy in my career and with my family and wheni I turned around to look, my country had disappeared.. I long for the late 50s and early 60s when even democrats demonstrated some form of patriotism.
