Suspicious Vehicle Leads to GunSeizure/CDS Arrest

On 1/11/19 @ 2256 hours, Troopers were dispatched to the Dollar General Store located at 204 Branch Street Mardela Spring, Wicomico County to assist the Wicomico County Sheriff reference a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot. Upon arrival, Troopers located a white male exiting from a 1997 silver Honda Md Registration 2CX7517. The male suspect was apprehended after fleeing on foot. Further investigation revealed 30 grs of marijuana and loaded Luger 22 caliber handgun within the vehicle. Also located within the vehicle were a pair of gloves and a red bandana. The suspect was arrested and transported to the Salisbury Barrack where he was charged with the following:
