The celebration they have going on downtown is disrespectful to the people who live in proximity to all the noise. I live near New town, Its 12:24am ive been hearing the loud music and bumping and base and noise all night. I realize its New Years but i chose to be in my home and all i hear is this loud noise.

12:30, of course its going to be loud.
Jake Day said there was half a million people there. There is no way to avoid noise with a crowd like that

The media bashing president Trump 24/7 365 has put an oppression on the world that Christmas didn't even feel like Christmas.

Grow up. Its not all about you

12:30 and 8:49,
Don't forget the throng of revelers rented thousands of hotel rooms, bought tanker truck loads of spirits, had Uber drivers from Wilmington to Cape Charles working here and bought out the Party Store. Final figures to be tabulated shortly after expenditures on behalf of Folked Fest are released and audited and Main St. fixed and repaired.

Happy New Year; in Jake town, same as the old year.

It’s called “disturbing the peace” you donkey’s rear end! You’re the one that needs to grow up. It’s not all about you either!

Move, that’s what we did. Newtown is not going to improve. Sad, but that’s the reality. The city let them start building affordable housing and a drug rehabilitation home in a historic district.

Newtown, isn't where the wealthy whiners pissed and moaned about traffic until the city turned Isabella Street into an obstacle course
