What, nobody's going to blame the Salisbury Police Department?
Well, he was raised on other people's stuff and money, so as a young adult, he see's nothing wrong with stealing other people's stuff. It's called "entitlement." If he voted, he voted Democrat. They are the enablers of low-lifes like him.
They can't handle crime in their own jurisdiction. Why would we ever expect them to exceed expectations?
