Incident: Crash involving two pedestrians

Driver: Charles Kildea, 37 yoa, Salisbury, MD
 

Pedestrian #1: Clint St. Louis, 18 yoa, Salisbury, MD
 

Pedestrian #2: Aziz Seck, 19 yoa, Salisbury, MD
 

Narrative: On Oct. 25, 2018 at approximately 0534 hours the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office responded to a motor vehicle crash involving two pedestrians that had been struck near the intersection of Churchill Ave. on S. Schumaker Dr. When Deputies arrived they learned that St. Louis had already been transport by EMS to PRMC with life-threatening head injuries, which was described by EMS as a possible fatal injury. Seck was transported within a short time to PRMC with non life-threatening injuries.
The Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office Collision Reconstruction Unit responded and assumed the investigation. At this time St. Louis is still at the ICU at PRMC and has undergone surgery, which doctors are unsure will save him.    SBYNEWS
The roadway remained closed for approximately four hours while CRU members completed the investigation. Kildea cooperated fully with investigators and the cause of this collision is still under investigation.
