Even after Feinstein cornered her and gave her what for, she stepped up. Good for her!

I never had a good opinion of Senator Collins. Of course I really didn't know much about her. Her speech today was fantastic. She intelligently layed out her responses to various arguments against the Kavanaugh nomination. She passionately dealt with the subject of sexual harassment. She explained how the advise and consent process has gone off the rails. And finally she said she would support the nomination.
I probably would have been satisfied with the last point but I was impressed with the other three.

I think he will vote Yes if he hasn't already (not sure at this time) but I heard when he leaves his sit in November that he is planning a new career as a lobbyist. No doubt.
