The Dog and Cat Meat Trade Prohibition Act of 2018 prohibits the intentional slaughtering for human consumption.
Forty-four states allow it to happen, said legislators seeking to completely outlaw the practice. Only four states specifically ban it., Rep. Ralph Abraham, R-Louisiana, said.
The bill calls for a fine of up to $5,000 for each violation and has an exception for Native American tribes for a religious ceremony.

So fat, alcoholic indians can still kill cats and dogs for "religious" reasons?! Now you know why they are called SAVAGES.
The slaughter of cats and dogs for food may be OK in China, but not in the U.S.A.! The French may enjoy a cut of horse meat, but no honest to God American would slay a horse for a meal. God bless The U.S.A.

This should be banned and the ones caught jailed for a long, long term. They are sub human beings with all the food they can readily buy they are thugs.
