Apparently neither is education. It's the first choice on the list.
The form is a little inconsistent in its wording. If you use the word Heterosexual instead of Straight, then you should use the consistent form of it's opposite...Homosexual, not gay.
Im really wondering which form needs to know my sexual orientation, my religion and if im married.

Apparently this straight person doesn't know what heterosexual means.
Some time back a politician in the Deep South ran ads against his worthy opponent who was leading heavily in the polls, that he was an avowed, card carrying heterosexual. It turned the tide against the leader, and showed how stupid most of an entire population can be.
