You know what's funny. I noticed that the city council doesn't drag out their meetings with "work sessions" like John Cannon and his county council does. I just went back and looked and the county council has no scheduled work sessions on days that are not scheduled on regular meeting days. That means the county council only meets 24 times a year and 96 times during their term. I was also looking at the Prince Georges County Council and they meet about 90 times a year. Shame on our Wicomico County Council. No wonder they never accomplish anything.
