A Viewer Writes: Going to be funny when it ruins bike week for you Joe. Hope you got rain insurance.

While I'm sure most of you probably know who keeps attempting to put up the above anonymous comment, let me tell these people how smart we are and have been.

You see, we have yet to place our massive liquor/beer orders. We can cancel all bands based on the storm, should that become necessary.

Trader Lee's is in WEST Ocean City and not close on what will likely be a very flooded island. So IF town officials decide to shut down Bike Week, Trader Lee's will be the place to be/go for the tens of thousands of people who are already here. We will be open for business, we will have plenty of whatever we need and no matter what it will be business as usual, just a smaller crowd then expected.

So you see, (nay sayers) this isn't our first rodeo and we don't need rain insurance. The fact that the island of Ocean City has a history of massive flooding, they already have a major problem right now, (this week) from the last storm and high tide.
Unlike the Salisbury Festival, we are fully prepared for even the worst conditions. We will have Bike Week tee shirts available. We will have free TRUMP 2020 Flags available to the first 2,000 bikers. We will have a multitude of live bands performing Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

So regardless of what is decided for the island, come to Trader Lee's for the biggest Hurricane Party on the Shore.

Town is already full of bikers from what I see. I think you are gonna have a big week with the storm tracking more south now.

Sunday night was the roughest I've seen Assowoman Bay in a long time.
Last night and this morning it was like a sheet of glass.
Who knows what any day will bring. Good luck this week.

Not just Bike week, I believe the Wicomico County Republican club is also having a fund raiser and crab feast. Lots of events this time of year.

I'm not wishing bad on anyone, but bad weather can be discouraging.

I might still go, but by car this time!

You will be prepared unlike Jake the snake , makes a big difference. Bike week won't have an LGBT agenda , bike week is for the strong at heart for MAGA.
Keep your pink hats in da bury.

Hey Joe, I thought you would want to know that Mayor Jake Day stated the Folk Festival was a success!!!!!
From WMDT:
SALISBURY, Md. - Salisbury's first ever National Folk Festival has come to a close. And if you can believe it or not, organizers are already preparing for next year's festival.

Despite the rain, thousands of people made their way to downtown Salisbury for the festival this weekend.

47 ABC caught up with Salisbury Mayor Jake Day to talk about how the festival went this year.

Day says there was about 67,000 to 75,000 people in attendance over the three days.

I drove by there on both Saturday and Sunday. There were very few people there. There is no way!

Total denial and he can't wait until next year!!!!!

Rickie and his city council (insert laughter) are puckering up for another weekend of rain and possible evacuation. Another sog fest of minimal income since their Karma is running very dry.

Psst Rickie, you won't make any of it back during Sunfest....so count your losses now. Just think, if you would have partnered up with that H20i guy, you could have another possible weekend of $$$$$$....but we won't talk about...maybe keep the parking kiosks open longer into the winter...HAHAHAHAHA

TL's will be the place to be!!!!!!!!!!!

Hell - does that mean my realtor won't be doing his real job. I was hoping it was ober and he would resume efforts to justify the 6 Percent he charges . Damn!!

Oc can take those parking kiosks and stick em. How can a biker use them? Post pass/receipt on the windshield??

Well I think the new system is very cumbersome. If you knew what you were talking about you would know that there are no pass / receipt to post on your windshield. Know your facts before you comment
