Whew! Dodged another list this week.
Why not monitor their locations via electronics if it's so blinking important? People get needlessly stressed by knowing that there are potential child predators. adult rapists and dangerous deviants out there that are NOT being adequately tracked by law enforcement.
The courts are just as guilty, as they dictate what sentences will be, and oversee the compliance.
In the end it comes down to legislators, who haven't the cajones to firm these laws up to truly protect the public in the manner that they want us all to believe.
