What do you think he was doing? Simply explained, he was accepting cash payments via his wife while he was authorizing payment to the contractor that "hired" her. All with OUR taxes I might add.
Consider that this was going on within the top 4 people at FBI, it's kinda scary. Consider also that "they" are trying to impeach"our" president while letting Hillary go free for selling our nuclear assets among other crimes. Just who is the crook?
