Hogan the chameleon Democrat will approve it if it goes on his desk. He is a spend spend spend Politian. He has not replaced / payed back the money stolen from the State Retirement Fund. He has increased insurance / medication on seniors. He has done nothing pro-gun like a pro 2nd Amendment Politian would have and he promised.

More effort needs to be applied to reducing the states fiscal burden instead of seeking new ways spend OUR MONEY!!
Hogan will not submit a required balanced budget without stealing from the retirement fund instead of cutting excess / pork spending an Miller and Busch will not pass a balanced budget that has deep cuts
If Hogan isn't re-elected we revert to a one party cabal, aka California of the east.
He's not perfect but he's light years better than any of the alternatives. Get a clue!
