A great Paramedic, Firefighter, Officer, and friend gone to soon. RIP in peace David I will miss you. Will always remember our good times on A Shift when you were my Captain.
The tee shirt is Dave all the way. Many, many years ago I worked with David and he was a joy to be around. Funny man, excellent firefighter, EMS and dive instructure. Best Captain ever. I, as many others will miss him and his off color humor.
I had the pleasure of diving with Dave. He was a wonderful person and would give you the shirt off of his back. He will truly be missed. Prayers to his sons and family. They must be devastated.
Ian, Dave was always very kind to me and especially my Wife Jennifer. As you probably know, Jennifer was on the Dive Team with your Father and always had the greatest respect for him. She is deeply saddened by the news and put up an old picture of the Dive Team from many years ago on her Facebook page. Our thoughts and prayers are with your Family and if there's anything we can do please don't hesitate to ask.
This was my brother, he's love for many things like diving, his family & friends, traveling and not us forget his collection of off the wall t-shirts. I asked him not to long ago, "David, where do you find these shirts?" His reply was they find me. LOL I love & miss my brother so much. This was David at his retirement party, he was who he was, you loved him or disliked him but he never spent much time worrying either way.

Nice T-shirt.
Capt. Insley was a class act guy. He will be missed.
Was a really good guy. Many have learned from his experience and teaching. One heck of a good paramedic. RIP my friend.
I would think someone could have a better picture with a better shirt.
Dave was and is a great man. I was honored as a diver with Maryland Natural
Resources Police to have worked side by side with him.
He was a joy to work with and he had a very warm heart.
He taught me more skills about diving and increased my certifications.
He is now in heaven bringing laughter to those who went before him.
God bless you Dave, it was an honor to work with you friend.!!
God Bless you again and the loved ones you left behind to mourn.
I will see you again my brother.
