Maryland State Police Easton Barrack end of March CDS investigations

(Easton, Maryland) The Maryland State Police Easton Barrack continues to intercept drug violations on Maryland roadways throughout Caroline, Dorchester and Talbot Counties. The Easton Barrack has seen a 25 percent increase in controlled dangerous substance investigations. These investigations involved marijuana, cocaine, crack cocaine, heroin, opiates and other dangerous substances. Troopers of the Easton Barrack have seized approximately $55,000.00 in controlled dangerous substances and assets during the first three months of 2018.

March 19, 2018, Robert Edward Spilman, 54 of Secretary, was arrested for possession of Morphine pills and muscle relaxers after an investigation in East New Market, Md. He was seen by a court commissioner and released pending a court date.

March 22, 2018, Hannah Ann Cantwell, 19 of Henderson, was issued civil citation for possession marijuana less then 10 grams after a traffic stop in Cordova, Md. He was released pending a must appear court date.

March 22, 2018, Douglas Wayne Ewing, 43 of Denton, was arrested for possession of a controlled dangerous substance prescription pills after a traffic stop in Denton, Md.

March 22, 2018, James Sand Nguyen, 20 of Cambridge, was issued a civil citation for marijuana less then 10 grams after a traffic stop in East new Market, Md..

March 23, 2018, Marinda Katheryn Sydnor, 21 of Greensboro, was issued civil citation for possession marijuana less then 10 grams after a traffic stop on Easton, Md.

March 23, 2018, Corey Mayes, 21 of Greensboro, was issued civil citation for possession marijuana less then 10 grams after an investigation in Greensboro, Md.

March 24, 2018, Shabresha Johnson, 20 of Cambridge, was issued a civil citation for marijuana less than 10 grams after a traffic stop in Cambridge, Md.

March 25, 2018, Diangelo Nathaniel Fontaine, 25 of Randallstown, was issued a civil citation for marijuana less than 10 grams after a traffic stop in Cambridge, Md.

March 25, 2018, Mark Antonio Acevedo Soto, 22 of Silver Spring, was issued a civil citation for marijuana less than 10 grams after a traffic stop in Cordova, Md.

March 25, 2018, Davonte Marcell Brooks, 23 of South Caroline, was issued a civil citation for marijuana less than 10 grams after a traffic stop in Denton, Md. .

March 26, 2018, Jose Emanuel Casas, 22 of Marydel, was issued a civil citation for marijuana less than 10 grams after a traffic stop in Denton, Md.

March 28, 2018, James Sang Nguyen, 19 of Cambridge, entered the Easton Barrack regarding a non-related investigation. While at the Barrack, Troopers detected a strong odor of marijuana on Nguyen person. Probable cause was established and Nguyen to include his car were search. Nguyen was issued a civil citation for possession of marijuana. Nguyen was released pending a court date.

March 28, 2018, Trevor Wade Proffitt, 20 of Federalsburg, was issued a a civil citation for possession of marijuana less than 10 grams after a traffic stop in Federalsburg, Md.

March 29, 2018, Labron Omar Young, 30 of Cambridge, was issued a civil citation for possession of marijuana less than 10 grams after a traffic stop in Cambridge.

March 30, 2018, Cody Abram Bishop, 33 of Henderson, was issued a civil citation for possession of marijuana less than 10 grams after a traffic stop in Cordova, Md.

March 31, 2018, Lily Nicole Horton, 20 of Easton, Md, was issued a civil citation for possession of marijuana less than 10 grams after a traffic stop in St, Michaels, Md.

The common denominator, traffic stop. All the laws put in place for safety are being used to detain and search vehicles/people. Yes, it is good to get criminals off the streets but is also a clear violation of the 4th Amendment. All these little bites will eventually add up to the elimination of the 2nd Amendment.

It’s a narcotics task force and they aren’t finding much in the way of narcotics, just jamming people up for flowers so the mercenaries can steal money from them. This is another reason people have such little regard for the lives of scumbag cops.
