If she has family, why is she homeless?
The reasons might explain why so many people are homeless, and why relatives don't take them in.
6:32 in answer to your thoughts on family. I don't know why so many people are homeless but I can tell you that there are relatives who are mentally ill and will destroy your life if you will let them in to your life. I would rather take money and put them in an institution where they belong.
