On 11/22/17 Tfc. Cannon conducted a traffic stop on a green bicycle on Atlantic Avenue and Race Street in Cambridge, MD. The operator of the bicycle was identified as Willie Lee Caldwell, 57 years of age of Cambridge, MD. Caldwell was taken into custody for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. A search of his person revealed that he was in possession of marijuana less than 10 grams. He was cited for the marijuana and DUI and released to a sober person.
On 11/22/17 Tpr. Heun responded to the Talbot County District Court for a warrant service. Antoine Dorrell Deshields, 45 years of age of Salisbury, MD was taken into custody on a parole retake warrant and taken directly to the Dorchester County Detention Center.
On 11/22/17 Tpr. Meekins responded to a black Toyota Corolla in the ditch at MD 392 and Finchville Reliance Road, Federalsburg, MD. During the course of the investigation it was learned that a passenger identified as Levin James Jolley Jr., 23 years of age of Laurel, DE, was in possession of marijuana less than 10 grams. Jolley was issued a civil citation and released on his signature pending a court date.
On 11/22/17 Tpr. Graef conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on Preston Road at Greenfield Court Preston, MD. The operator was identified as Luke Albert Stoltzmann, 24 year of age of Federalsburg, MD. During the course of the investigation Stoltzmann was found to be in possession of marijuana less than 10 grams. He was issued a civil citation and released on his signature pending a court date.
On 11/22/17 Tpr. Hansley responded to a report of a subject walking in the roadway on Greensboro Road at Kibler Road in Greensboro, Md. The subject was identified as Alexis Abdiel Jimenez, 28 years of age of Greensboro, MD. Jimenez was found to be a fugitive through the Anne Arundel Sheriff’s Office. He was taken into custody and taken to the Caroline County Commissioner’s Office for an initial appearance. Jimenez was then released on a $5,000 unsecured bond.
On 11/23/17 Tpr. Caraballo conducted a traffic stop at Holly Road and Greensboro Road Greensboro, MD. The driver was identified as Stephen Charles Figiel, 28 years of age of Henderson, MD. Figiel was taken into custody for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was later released to his parents.
On 11/23/17 Tpr. Caraballo conducted a traffic stop on a black Chevrolet truck on Shore Highway at Greensboro Road in Denton, MD. The driver was identified as Jacob Connor Fluharty, 24 years of age of St. Michaels, MD. Fluharty was taken into custody for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was cited and later released to a sober person.
On 11/23/17 Tpr. Griffin conducted a traffic stop on a silver Dodge vehicle on Central Avenue and Holly Road Ridgely, MD. The operator of the vehicle was identified as Erika Jae Tolson, 41 years of age of Denton, MD. Tolson was taken into custody for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. She was cited and then later released to a sober person.
On 11/23/17 Tpr. Capranica conducted a traffic stop on Honda Accord at Hignutt Road in Denton, MD. The driver was identified as Merrick Monte Murray, 18 years of age of St. Michaels, MD. She was taken into custody on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. She was cited for the DUI while under the age of 21 and released to a sober person.
On 11/23/17 Tpr. Angeli responded to a report of a domestic assault in a Honda Civic in the area of School House Lane Cambridge, MD. The operator of the vehicle was identified as Jared Douglas Faber, 36 years of age of Galena, MD. Faber was taken into custody for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and domestic assault. He was then taken to the Dorchester County Court Commissioner for an initial appearance and held at the Dorchester County Detention Center. He was released on his own recognizance the next day pending his court date.
On 11/23/17 Tpr. Short responded to a motor vehicle collision at the 76 MM at Ocean Gateway in Trappe, MD. The driver was identified as Erix Yulman Velasquez Morales, 20 years of age of Easton, MD. He was taken into custody for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was cited and released to a sober person.
On 11/23/17 Tfc. Allen responded to a motor vehicle collision involving a single vehicle on Ocean Gateway near Vienna, MD. The driver was identified as Kimberly Nicole Byington, 20 years of age of Salisbury, MD. Byington was transported to Peninsula Regional Medical Center. Tfc. Allen responded to PRMC and cited Byington for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol.
On 11/23/17 Tpr. Graef responded to the 27000 block of Bee Tree Road Henderson, MD for a summons service for Assault Second Degree. Phyllis Michelle Satterfield, 32 years of age was served the summons without incident.
On 11/24/17 Tpr. Glover conducted a traffic stop on a gray Dodge truck in the area of Matthewstown Road at Gannon Circle Easton, MD. The driver was identified as Ashley Louise Salvetti, 31 years of age of Cambridge, MD. Salvetti was found to be in possession of marijuana less than 10 grams and was cited. She was released on her signature pending a court date.
On 11/24/17 Tfc. Cannon conducted a traffic stop on a black Ford Focus in the area of Ocean Gateway at Mill Road Linkwood, MD. The driver was identified as Brandon Joshua Williams, 29 years of age of Baltimore, MD. Williams was found to be in possession of marijuana less than 10 grams and was issued a civil citation. He was released on his signature pending a court date.
On 11/24/17 Tfc. Lyles was conducting speed enforcement in the area of Reliance Road at Oak Grove Road Federalsburg, MD. A traffic stop was conducted on a silver Nissan Altima driven by Kyla Danielle Pollard, 18 years of age of Preston, MD. Pollard was cited for possession of marijuana less than 10 grams. He was released on his signature pending a court date.
On 11/24/17 Tpr. Hansley conducted a traffic stop on an orange Toyota Celica in the area of Burrsville Road at Greensboro Road Denton, MD. The driver was identified as Kelsy Lee Anders, 22 years of age of Bridgeville, DE. Anders was found to be a fugitive from Easton, Md. She was taken into custody and taken before the Caroline County Court Commissioner. Anders was released on her own recognizance.
On 11/25/17 Tfc. Glover conducted a traffic stop on a silver Mercury on Matthewstown Road at White Lane Easton, MD. The driver was identified as Amanda Lynn Wooters, 34 years of age of Preston, MD. The passenger was identified as John Morgan Flowers, 25 years of age of Denton, MD. Wooters and Flowers were found to be in possession of a controlled dangerous substance NOT marijuana. Wooters and Flowers were taken before the Talbot County Court Commissioner for an initial appearance. Wooters was then released on a $1000 unsecured bond while Flowers was released on a $3000 unsecured bond.
On 11/25/17 Tfc. Norton conducted a traffic stop on a blue Chevrolet Cruz on Barclay Road at Templeville Road Marydel, MD. An occupant of the vehicle identified as Bahsir Montes Matthew, 18 years of age of Philadelphia, PA was found to be in possession of marijuana less than 10 grams. Matthew was issued a civil citation and released on his signature pending a court date.
On 11/25/17 Tpr. Flannery responded to a report of a disabled vehicle on Shore Highway at Gay Street Denton MD. The driver was identified as Chase Benjamin Howard, 23 years of age of Greensboro, MD. Howard was found to be in possession of marijuana less than 10 grams and issued a civil citation. He was released on his signature pending a court date.
On 11/25/17 Tfc. Mingos conducted a traffic stop on a gray Ford passenger vehicle on Cordova Road at Blades Road Cordova, MD. A front seat passenger identified as Dimitra Bekos, 29 years of age of Bowie, MD was found to be in possession of marijuana less than 10 grams. Bekos was issued a civil citation and released on her signature pending a court date.
On 11/25/17 Tfc. Woo conducted a traffic stop on a white Scion at Ocean Gateway at Manadier Road Trappe, Md. Both occupants, identified as Teri Lynn Green , 32 years of age of Cambridge, MD and Brandon Marshall Murray, 26 years of age of Cambridge, MD were found to be in possession of marijuana less than 10 grams. Both were written civil citations and released on their signature pending a court date.
On 11/25/17 Tfc. Cannon conducted a traffic stop on a white Toyota Avalon on MD RT 16 at Fox Run Road East New Market, MD. The driver identified as Kishanae Breashia Baynard, 20 years of age of Cambridge, MD was found to be in possession of marijuana less than 10 grams. She was issued a civil citation and released on her signature pending a court date.
On 11/26/17 Tpr. Griffin conducted a traffic stop on a silver Honda Accord on Jenny Hye Lane Henderson, MD. The driver was identified as Lusiano Perez Lopez, 29 years of age of Marydel, Md. Lopez was taken into custody for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was cited and later released to a sober person.
On 11/26/17 M/Tpr. Jenkins assisted Cambridge PD with serving a warrant in the 500 block of Edgewood Avenue Cambridge, MD. Donya Mouriese Bolden, 22 years of age was located at that residence and taken into custody by M/Tpr. Jenkins. It was also discovered that Bolden had an outstanding warrant through Greensboro PD, Talbot County Sheriff’s Department and was a fugitive from Delaware for two outstanding warrants. She was taken to the Dorchester County Court Commissioner for her initial appearance and held at the Dorchester County Detention Center on both Delaware warrants.
On 11/27/17 Tpr. Flannery conducted a traffic stop on Shore Highway at Legion Road Denton MD. The driver was identified as a juvenile. During the course of the investigation the juvenile who resides in Federalsburg, MD was found to be in possession of marijuana less than 10 grams. The juvenile was issued a juvenile civil citation and released to a guardian.
On 11/28/17 Tpr. Grafton responded to the Dorchester County Sheriff’s Office for a warrant service. Dustin Lane Wilson, 21 years of age of Salisbury , MD was taken into custody. He was taken before the Dorchester County Court Commissioner and released on his own recognizance.
On 11/28/17 Tpr. Kekich responded to the Talbot County District Court for a warrant service. Matthew Vernon Hammond, 35 years of age of Preston, MD was taken into custody. The warrant was served without incident.
On 11/28/17 Tpr. Laham conducted a traffic stop on a GMC Sierra at Hicksburg Road and MD RT 16 East New Market MD. The driver was identified as Michael Johnson Shufelt, 36 years of age of Hurlock, MD. Shufelt was taken into custody for suspicion of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and possession of a controlled dangerous substance NOT marijuana. He was taken to the Dorchester County Court Commissioner for his initial appearance and released on his own recognizance.
On 11/28/17 Tpr. Kekich conducted a traffic stop on Ocean Gateway at Piney Hill Rd Trappe, MD. The driver was identified as Elizabeth Ann Manger, 60 years of age of Salisbury, MD. Manger was taken into custody for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. She was cited and released to a sober person.
On 11/29/15 Tfc. Cannon conducted a traffic stop on a silver Ford Fusion on South Main Street and Railroad Avenue Hurlock, MD. The driver was identified as Cindy Lynn Coulbourne, 56 years of age of Hurlock, MD. Coulbourne was taken into custody for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. She was cited and released to a sober family member.
On 11/30/17 Tpr. Laham responded to a report of a motor vehicle collision at Harrison Ferry Road in Hurlock, MD. The driver of the at fault vehicle was identified as Bernodet Guillaume, 24 years of age of Seaford, DE. He was transported to Seaford, DE for injuries. He was cited and is waiting a court date.
On 11/28/17 Tfc. Cannon conducted a traffic stop on a silver Suzuki in the area of MD RT 392 at Lords Crossing Road Hurlock, MD. During the course of the investigation the passenger identified as Damian Joseph Shacka 21 years of age was found to be in possession of marijuana less than 10 grams. He was issued a civil citation and released on his signature pending a court date.
On 11/29/17 Tpr. Flannery conducted a traffic stop on Shore Highway and Holly Road Denton, MD. One of the occupants was identified as Valerie Griffin, 55 years of age of Frederica, DE. Griffin was issued a civil citation for possession of marijuana less than 10 grams and released on her signature pending a court date.
On 11/30/17 Tpr. Pratt conducted a traffic stop on a white Honda Civic at Ocean Gateway at Wye Mills Road Queen Ann, MD. The driver was identified as Jonathan Joseph Verbus, 32 years of age of Chester, MD. Verbus was cited for possession of marijuana less than 10 grams. Verbus was released on his signature pending a court date.
On 11/30/17 Tpr. Meekins conducted a traffic stop on a white Pontiac at Ocean Gateway at Woods Road Cambridge, MD. The driver was identified as Courtney Renea Meadows, 19 years of age of Princess Anne, MD. She was issued a civil citation for possession of marijuana less than 10 grams and released on her signature pending a court date.
On 11/30/17 Tfc. Franzen responded to an address on Cordova Road Cordova, Md in reference to an arrest warrant. James Dobson Morris, 69 years of age was taken into custody. He was taken before the Talbot County Court Commissioner and held at the Talbot County Detention Center.
On 11/30/17 Tfc. Heun responded to the Easton Barrack for a warrant service. Timothy Irvin Zirkle, 45 years of age of Gaithersburg, MD was taken into custody for outstanding warrants through Maryland State Police Easton Barrack, Wicomico Sheriff’s Office and Petersburg VA PD. Zirkle was taken before the Talbot County Court Commissioner. He was ordered to be held at the Talbot County Detention Center on a $5000 full bond.
